My name is Taylor Yust and I am a game developer living in Austin, Texas. I'm deeply passionate about game programming and design.

I believe games are one of the most unique and expressive mediums we have, and that they can communicate ideas and themes at a personal level that is unparalleled anywhere else. Gameplay is an incredibly powerful tool that can challenge and shape the way we view the world, whether it be art, science, education, or any number of other potential applications.



This philosophy is what drives my development. I begin a project with a central game idea or mechanic and structure any auxiliary elements (visuals, story, sound) around it in a manner that will best compliment the core gameplay. The result is an engaging product that could only be realized through the video game medium.
